Working with us

You’ll join a team with user-centred design, delivery, communications and tech expertise. We offer services from strategic landscape reviews to the delivery of digital products. We use agile methodology and the ‘Perago Way’ to deliver our services, working creatively to help clients think differently about delivering better services to their customers and users.

We’re a growing team with big ambitions. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to how we work, and we’re looking for someone who shares our values and will enjoy being part of the team.

Team working and connection is important to us, and we meet face to face most weeks at our coworking space in Swansea but the office is available to work from most days if you would like to.

We offer flexible working patterns and have a hybrid working approach. You’ll be able to work remotely if you’d like to, subject to the needs of our clients, and we’ll provide you with the equipment you need to work remotely.  When working client-side, our working arrangements will reflect the needs of our clients.

We don’t expect anyone at Perago to be at their desk 8 hours a day, and we won’t keep track of your work hours. We’re flexible and trust our colleagues to manage their own time to deliver their work and be around when our clients need them.

We’re committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace culture that supports the professional and personal growth of the team.  As part of this commitment, we’d be happy to hear from you if you’re looking for part time or flexible working arrangements.
