Ross is a Delivery Director at Perago with over 20 years of experience in the public sector. He has delivered a range of high-profile, public-facing digital projects and programmes with a core focus on user needs, including two of the Government Digital Service (GDS) services. He champions a user-centred, agile delivery approach and mindset. When not delivering complex digital projects, you can catch Ross sampling the UK’s finest cuisine.

Sunmi ensures that the back-end business support to help things run smoothly. Having gained a PRINCE2 qualification in the project management field, she has now moved into the delivery management team and has taken the lead on projects for the company where she’s been able to implement our agile methodologies.

Tim is a change delivery specialist, committed to looking at things from a user’s perspective. Tim has over 20 years of delivery experience across public and private sectors, successfully leading high-risk, complex projects and programmes to deliver better outcomes. Outside work, Tim is dedicated to family, football and rock ‘n roll, spending far too much time playing the guitar.

Emma is an experienced senior media and communications specialist, who has thoroughly enjoyed a history of 20 years working within the public sector. A strategic thinker who is passionate about designing services and products appropriate to audience needs, with fairness of access and opportunity at its core. Emma is a happy artist, an avid collector of yarn, and an international bog-snorkeller.

Celeste is a programme support who always seeks opportunities to learn new skills, meet new people to learn from and grow within Perago’s Team. Celeste recently graduated with a degree in Economics and Finance, where she is able to hone in on the teachings gained during university and apply it to her work today. In her free time, you would find Celeste catching up on her latest tv shows, booking a holiday or laughing around loved ones.

Sarah is a communications and marketing specialist, passionate about digital marketing, social media and storytelling. Sarah has experience managing various online campaigns, launching successful e-commerce journeys and improving brand visibility and ROI for clients across multiple sectors. Outside work, Sarah can be found sampling the best bakeries, sipping on a spritz in the sun or, more often than not,  exploring new walks with her poodle.

Lucy has over twenty years of experience in operational roles, including experience working at a luxury hotel and spa in Sonoma, California.  As Perago’s office manager, Lucy is responsible for all internal activity focused on employee wellbeing, including people-related policies and processes. When not looking after her Perago colleagues, Lucy is often found enjoying the Gower scenic views with her family.

Seb is a service designer who is passionate about utilising user-centred design to improve the customer journey and generally make people’s lives easier. Seb has experience in UX, UI and web design roles where he has spent his time conducting research, creating prototypes and launching various services across multiple channels. In his spare time, Seb is either binge-watching the latest TV series, spending time with friends and family or on the golf course.

With over ten years of experience in UX, Harry is process-driven and endlessly curious. His passion for understanding users ensures every project he tackles delivers intuitive digital experiences. His human-centred approach drives results that delight users and businesses alike. On a weekend, Harry’s often found at the local rugby field or on a walk with his family, always followed by pizza and the finest German Pilsner.

Ty joined Perago with over 25 years of managerial experience.  An Agile/ITIL Practitioner and Professional Scrum Master.  He is passionate about doing the right thing by championing, encouraging, and delivering ethical and supportive efficiencies, specialising in Information Technology.  When not at work, Ty and his wife run a homeless support group or expand of collection of current and retro technology game systems.  

Cory is an experienced Project Manager who is successful in Business Change, Healthcare Transformation and Data Driven Change. Cory joined Perago from PwC where he worked as a client-facing Project Manager. He specialises in Agile Delivery and Project Management, where he was instrumental in Business Change for several clients. Outside of this and especially on weekends, he can be found on a golf course.

Owen has over 15 years of experience in the commercial, technology and public sectors in the UK & Internationally, having created and implemented strategies, new concepts and new products to drive growth and value for users. Outside work, Owen is a keen cyclist and enjoys exploring the Welsh countryside on his bike and finding new places to stop for coffee and cake. Passionate about equality, Owen is a trustee at the Welsh Refugee Council.

With over 20 years of senior-level experience in communications, engagement and change, Victoria has led large operational areas, set up and run change functions and led award-winning communications teams. An experienced communication and engagement professional, Victoria brings focus to organisational strategy and puts people and culture at the centre of complex change. In her free time, Victoria enjoys playing netball and travelling the World!

Dave is a people-focused delivery lead, passionate about supporting organisations to deliver impactful and sustainable change that meets user needs. Dave has a pragmatic approach to change delivery, ensuring a clear understanding of business and user needs and building diverse teams to execute. Outside of work, he can usually be found walking ‘the most walked dog in Swansea’, standing pitch side at kids football or watching some junior performing art production.

With over 20 years of experience as a Graphic/Brand Designer, Liam now works at Perago as a Service Designer where he now applies his skills and knowledge in a user-focused way. Over his career he has worked with many design agencies and brands and collected many accolades along the way – he is always happy to talk about design and also helps out at the University of South Wales guest lecturing on the Graphic Communication course.

Chris is an experienced communications professional with experience in leading communications in change and transformation programmes. Chris specialises in employee and stakeholder engagement, strategic communication, and internal communications. Chris supports, coaches and builds capability across a range of communications activities. Chris is also Perago’s chief fix-it person!

Daniel is an experienced programme and digital delivery leader, with over 18 years of experience in the public sector, leading various key government and ministerial initiatives across transport and environment sectors with a blend of policy and delivery disciplines. When not working on complex delivery projects Daniel enjoys both watching and playing football.

Cory is an award-winning strategist, service design leader and educator. Her work focuses on solving meaningful problems to improve lives. Cory brings global service transformation experience from her time in the creative industries, co-producing solutions with clients across the public, private and third sector.
