At Perago, we’ve lived and breathed the topics we train and all of our training packages have been developed from talking to users and us knowing our strengths and what we do well.
We’re practitioners that love to help others by sharing our experience and knowledge – not through text book or academic theory but by using examples of what’s worked, what didn’t and how to adapt and apply it to your digital journey.
We love training through telling stories, interaction, and sharing our experience – and the feedback has been that others have loved it too.
We can support with:
Our current training programmes include:
Change for communicators – a programme designed for communications professionals to build an understanding of change at a personal and organisational level and how to work effectively with change delivery colleagues to support successful change delivery.
An introduction to service design – an overview programme for anyone new to service design looking at what service design is, how it fits with agile change delivery, how to do a discovery and building the right solution.
Digital for leaders – an introductory programme for leadership teams starting their digital journey. We can work with you to identify your development needs and provide a tailored solution ranging from one to one coaching on specific areas through to whole organisation learning. We pride ourselves on an approach that builds in house capability alongside our service delivery, so you know that when we work with you, we’ll leave your organisation with better capability and better services.
